My initial impression of Blossfeldt was his remarkable eye for detail and scientific approach to capturing plant forms, suggesting that "nature is art." When designing the book about him, I aimed for a clean, precise look using a well-designed sans-serif typeface for the main text and captions, reflecting the clarity of his photography.
